SoftFSB Help Needed

I am using an Asus CUBX and attempting to get SoftFSB to work on this machine. It by default lists the correct ICS (ICS 9250CD-08) and correctly recognizes the current FSB and allows me to change it. For example to 110mhz. It shows that it has made the change but the mhz does not change on the machine.

Anyone have any ideas on what could be the problem? Anyone have a URL that goes into some detail on how this program actually works?

Lastly, does anyone know a Coppermine ready BX based MB that does work correctly with SoftFSB. Thanks in advance.

SoftFSB does not ID the ICS on the board....

What ever it showed was just the default ICS, you have to tell it which one to use...

and the only way to find out is to see what chip is on the motherboard.....

why not just use fsb increments on your motherboard instead? more stable and less programs to load a t startup = less memory in use = more performance
