I was wondering if you guys could recommend the book on soft skills. something that educates on on the nuances of what to do when and how to say whatever

The hell are soft skills? You probably need them, because if they are "social" skills you lack them. I mean you couldn't even make a proper post on AT! 😛

4. Reading With Understanding
5. Listening and Applying
6. Speaking Clearly

Just get to the point, get along with people, and open your ears.

Most employers expect these.

and learn to communicate well, i hate it when i have to guess at what some one has been doing when it comes to group projects
