Sof2 CD-Key problems

Are you getting the error when playing single player or multiplayer? If you're getting it while playing multiplayer, looks like someone else is using the same CD-Key.

and when you purchased the retail version was it in the original sealed packaging or something like previously used ?
 
Sound like someone else found your cd-key. Either that or you've pissed off some admins on servers and they've banned you by CD-Key.
 
Bought it brand new it only does it when playing multiplayer and only sometimes it works when I re-enter the key. I am lost🙁
