I know, it's about preference between companies, not about the software they make. Sorry, I got an itchy trigger finger.

Both are evil, but I went for EA because for no reason.

SOE = Sony Online Entertainment.
SCEA = Sony Computer Entertainment America

In general I hate everything Sony makes, because so many Sony products have very common defects (i.e. PS1, PS2). So I pick EA.

EA, because they tend to rescue struggling companies and preserve their development team so that long running series can still remain afloat.

eg: Maxis, Westwood, Eidos were all about to go under until they were purchased by EA.

and BF2 flat out better than SWG EQ and EQ2 and Planetside..
