on ebay there are pc2100s with 144 pins that looks just like the old PC133/PC100

is this true.

I've never seen a DDR SODIMM that wasn't 200pin, so I'd say that it would have to be PC100/133 SDRAM.

All DDR sodimms are 200pin, all SDR sodimms are 144pins if it has 144pins then it's PC66/100/133
