Socks5 Proxy on port 80???

HIYA , i like to play an online game called Continuum..

at my school, they have Websense, which (afaik) allows only traffic on port 80...

i wish to play continuum at school ;P

there is the option for socks5 proxy in the game, yet i do not know how socks proxies work, or where to get hold of servers..

does anyone know any UK based servers that i could test?? - ON PORT 80!?

There's a reason your schools is only allowing traffic on port 80. Discussions about how to circumvent school / corporate IT policies are not permitted on AT.

It might be worth asking the IT department if they could open the needed port for your address.
