PCIe is only supported by Sockets 754 and 939, and DDR2 isn't supported by AMD at all.

PCIe support is a function of the chipset, not the CPU. That said, there aren't any Athlon XP chipsets with either PCIe or DDR2 support.

Exactly, and only S754 and S939 have chipset support for PCIe.
