if any of you guys have had problems with matrox G400 cards in amd
athlon/duron/thunderbird systems.
i'm currently building a duron system for somebody. she doesn't play tooo
many games and will probably using mostly 2dapps (which matrox cards excel
at).
i've used matrox cards in my computers before and i've known them to be
pretty good quality cards although their 3d performance isn't too great.
if you have any other suggestions for a video card (<$100) that would be
great too.
i intend to use:
fic AZ11 mobo
please if any of you have any experience with this board let me know how it was. i just want it to be stable. like i said before the person doesn't look like their going too many cpu intensive apps. so stability and price is what we're looking for. thanks.
-i was going to shell out $200 for an asus but i thought it was too expensive. is it worth it?
