Socket converter for ppga > P4 mobo??

Is there one out there that will allow me to run a s370 1gig P3 in a Socket 478 P4 till I can afford a proper P4?

(bit broke after buying my 0+1 array this month but really neeed to upgrade the mobo asap)

awwwahhhh ... now im REALLY having a bad day ...... gonna have to upgrade the mobo and chip too? hurumph ... how much longer can I put up with these damn random lockups on this poxy mobo
