Im building a relatively inexpensive socket a system and was curious whether the kt600 or the nforce2 chipsets were the most stable in a non-oc'd setup.
setup goes like this(minus the mobo) 2500+ barton, 512mb pc2700 kinston value, 400 watt codegen from my kt7a-raid system that im gutting, bfg 4600 at stock speed, heatsink will most likely be a spare gc69 80mm from svc
Avoid Codegen power supplies, make sure your mainboard, CPU and RAM specifications match each other. Check your RAM once you have it (www.memtest.org), make sure cooling is adequate and properly mounted. Voilà, stable system. No matter what chipset.
