socket A or 754 for cheap sempron based system

Today? socket-754 sempron (the 64-bit-enabled new kind). Processor prices are about the same, socket-A boards are at most $10 cheaper for AGP, but have no future. S754 in turn lets you add $15 for a PCIE enabled board.
