Socket A Motherboard suggestions

Need some suggestions on a what motherboard I should grab.

I have the following in my setup.

Athlon XP 2600+
BFG GeForce FX5900
384MB PC2100 (Will most likely upgrade this with the new board)
SB Audigy 2
WD 80GB "Special Edition" ATA100

I currently have a ECS K7S5A


I am looking for something in the $70-100 range. Needs built in Lan. I would also like it to be AGP 8x and have support for 333mhz fsb or faster.

So it would be even better if I could grab something from there....if you guys dont see anything good there then thats fine.

The FIC AU13 is one of the best nForce2 boards I've ever seen, and it supports a 400Mhz fsb.

Abit NF7

- rock solid stability
- one of the best OC socket A boards on the market
- lots of features, including onboard LAN and 333fsb+ support
- $82 at newegg...couldn't find it at the place that gave you a credit
- seems to be the most popular socket A board around here...

not sure off the top of my head what the differences are, but the NF7-S has more features for only $90 at newegg, and its just as reliable and OCable as the NF7.

Off the topic of selecting a motherboard...
Let's say I just bought that Shuttle from Newegg (and RAM and a CPU). What exactly counts as a sales receipt for the MIR? With places like Newegg that can be a bit fuzzy. Particularly since it is a Sunday, so the likelihood of an avilable invoice/reciept to print by the end of the day is minimal (unless that has finally been fully automated as well), unless the order confirmation counts.

I'm buying the NF7-S next weekend for all those reasons plus Asus's shoddy website and RMA process.

The packing list you got in the box should be just fine.
