Socket A heatsink fan

The heatsink fan died on my parents athlon xp 2500. Its not overclocked and was stock amd heatsink and fan. I don't see any replacement fans online, just combos with the heatsink and fan. It looks like its just a 60mm fan that pops out of somethign that holds it onto the heatsink. My question is can I just find another 60mm fan and pop it in? or does anyone know where I can get a replacement? Best buy is the only local pc store, and the smallest fan they had was 80mm so I couldnt try popping a new fan on.

www.newegg.com. there are TONS of hsf that are socket A compatible.

I could be crazy, but all of the heat sink fans I see come with the heatsinks. I just need a fan.

a CPU fan == a case fan. Find one of the right size, and with three pins and you're done. They're all over newegg.
