Will a socket a heatsink/fan work on a socket 939 processor?

I'm upgrading and google hasn't been very helpful so far.

don't even try! one i doubt you will be able to mount it and two you are talking about two very different chips and the amount of heat they produced AND the fitting. will the heat sink make proper contact with the chip?
