Socket A Boards, Do any have 4 DIMM Slots?

I was just curious, does anybody know of a Socket A board with 4 DIMM slots? Sounds weird I know but I am actually thinking of stepping into the AMD world from my PIII kingdom... BUT I currently am running 4 128MB PC100 SDRAM DIMMS, and I'd like to keep the 512MB with out buying new. Any ideas? I want to setup a 1GHz Thunderbird for a server. I read the article on Anand's servers, I was very impressed! So does anybody got any ideas and is there a board for over clocking these babies?

That's awesome, I love my ASUS board so MSI is good huh, that is very cool! Does anybody have past reviews on MSI's boards, I've read some on Anand's reviews, very cool, but if ya got more post them please!
