Need a Socket A Motherboard that has AGP, Sound, and LAN all integrated.

Are there any that will run a duron 600 @ 800 or 700@850

Are these boards tolerant of OC'ed durons or tbirds

such as a tbird 1ghz at 1.2?

There's not too much choice currently.

The only one that is actually available is PC-Chips M810LR.

Built around SiS 730S, it has VGA, sound, four USB, and 10/100 LAN integrated, 2 PCI slots, an AGP slot, and an AMR slot to take the AMR modem card that sometimes comes included with it.

The board seems to come in two flavors, with and without the AGP connector. According to people who tried it, it seems to work just fine.

SiS 730S is technically capable of running the 100 MHz Durons or T-Birds as well as 133 MHz bus T-Birds, yet there are no results on the latter yet for the M810LR (no CPUs available).

PC-Chips boards are no-nonsense boards, you won't find any features on them that help your overclocking. In turn, you save enough money through them to allow buying an actually faster speed grade of your favorite CPU :)

No I'm not :) except that I've been using their mainboards a lot.

One hint, PC-Chips seems to have very early, not-so-good drivers for the integrated sound on the CD that ships with the board. Download the latest from www.sis.com.tw and all is fine, it seems.

I'm going to use an M810LR myself next week, really looking forward to it.
