Socket 940

Looking at the 2 Asus motherboards for Socket 940 which one is better to use? I know that the Asus SK8V cannot be overclocked and offers a 800mhz Hyper Transport and a 16bit HT data width (upstream/downstream) verses the SK8N which you can overclock but has a 600mhz HT and 8bit ht data width...Which one should I use?

of those two the 800/16 it will probably be faster then the fastest oc'ed 600/8

but why do you want to go 940?

i really dont have a choice with the socket. I just need help choosing the motherboard. Any help would be great. Either Asus SK8V or Asus SK8N... thanks for the help
