socket 939 sli boards

i need to upgrade to an SLI board for my socket 939 X2

i can get an MSI K8N Neo4 Platinum/SLI for $55

OR

a DFI Infinity NF4 SLI for $40

i'm not seeing where there's a whole lot that's important that the DFI board is missing. any thoughts on why i should choose one of these boards over the other?

I've never used either one, but I would go with the DFI. Both companies have direct rma service if needed. I had stability problems with my old msi board. If you have any stability issues, I would change the northbridge heatsink. Nforce chipsets tend to run warm.

Well in my house we've got one of the msi's neo4 plat non sli and a dfi lanparty ut ultra-d non sli and both have been good mb's. The only problem we've had is with the dfi's sb fan dying which was replaced with an aftermarket low profile chipset fan. I believe that only one company has a fan low enough to fit if you've got a long graphics card but they're only like $8 at newegg. If you plant to oc the dfi will probably offer more selections but the msi isn't too shabby in that department either. I'd probably be inclined to get the msi over the dfi.
