Socket 939 Sempron?

I'm looking at building a budget PC for my younger brother who is going away to college. I've been looking at both the GeForce 6100-M9 and the GeForce 6100-M7 . I'd like to use the M9 because it seems like it would be good for future upgrades to other socket 939 cpu's but i can't for the life of me find a 939 sempron. Why is it listed that the M9 supports sempron processors when I can't find a single sight that sells them?

These CPUs exist, but not on the retail market. Select large-volume OEMs only. Biostar being a supplier to system OEMs, their board better support what they might plug into it.
