For non-OCers, which motherboard is ideal?

Gaming is important, but I don't know about OC enough to actually attempt it, so I would probably use a cheap ram like Corsair value, and my video card is going to be x800xl. The hard drive I am planning to get is maxtor 200gb w/ 16mb cache. I already got a decent gaming sound card, so onboard sound is irrelevant. It would be nice to have an ethernet card on board. But the most important thing is that I don't want my motherboard to bottle neck my system's performance.
 
You don't leave much to go on. What features are you looking for if any? If none just go with any reputable manufacturer you can find the cheapest....
