Socket 939 Opteron 146, how high can I overclock it. Please tell me.

Anyone has the same chip stepping? Please tell me if it's worth my time to try overclocking it, giving that I have to dismount my present processor to test it.

how long is a piece of string???

all processor overclock ability varies from proc to proc...

i have hered about the stepping u have on ur opty (a mate had one) , and if u have decent Mobo/RAM/PSU , then ur opty if ur lucky could hit anywhere between 2.7-3.1ghz on air...

obviously only 3.1ghz if ur lucky/have mint parts...

but most opties will hit around 2.7 gareenteed anyway...
