Newegg just got a new one in stock, a Jetway s939 Xpress 200-based motherboard w/ULI SB.

There are also models from ECS, MSI, and Foxconn available, for a total of 5 mATX 939 boards showing up on Newegg...

Now, I'm waiting to see boards from other manufacturers - supposedly Gigabyte will come out with a s939 mATX in mid-June for retail - let's hope other manufacturers do too.
