Socket 754, or 939

there are plenty of threads on this, use the search feature. GET THE 754!
130nm 939s dont have a good price/performance yet, but if you want to go ahead and get the 90nm 939's than be my guest. You will probably have better results with a s754.

Well if this is correct then the 754 line will be indeed just that. No A64 instructions. IIRC the current 754 Semprons are like this. I am guessing AMD will extend this area more next year....
