Hey, I'm getting a Socket 754 motherboard. Can anyone reccomend me a good motherboard?

I want it to have Intergrated Ethernet

Intergrated sound is not important

At least 4 usb ports

I will be overclocking my CPU 0-400 mhrz



I am considering the MSI K8n Neo Platinum, is this a good decison? What does it have and not have?

That's a nice board.

I've built sock754 on asus k8v and abit kv8-de boards and they have support for multiple usb, sata, gbit lan, sound, firewire, wifi.
