Socket 754 board to replace Soltek K8AN2E-GR

My K8AN2E0GR just died and I just got an email from the Egg that they are either out of stock or are discontinued, I loved this board and need a recommendation on a comparable replacement, I liked the features but really liked the stability, I am not going to overclock, what board do you recommend, here is what it must have:

socket 754
5 PCI slots
a lot of USb ports
SATA
It must be Stable


almost forgot, I don't want Epox or Asus
 
The MSI you recommend and the DFI LP UT seem to be comparable boards, as for the K8V, I don't want an Asus because I had troubles with a couple of K8N boards.
