Socket 7 heatsink removal

I have a Sony Vaio PCV-130. I have no idea how to remove the Socket 7 heatsink to replace the processor.

Here is a link to a picture of the heatsink.

Does anybody know how to remove the heatsink? Thanks.

on the left of the heatsink/picture there should be a square opening just above where it clips onto the socket. stick a flathead screwdriver in there and with common sense and a gentle steady hand, apply pressure down and at an angle to push it away from the socket hook.
