Socket 478 SFF case suggestions!

I have an old Socket 478 2.6 that i want to drop into an mATX. I've read alot about the difficulty cooling the 478 , and need some suggestions for a low noise case , PS, and CPU fan for my setup. It's going hopefully be racked next to more home theatre equipment. Any suggestions can help.

I'd get a Shuttle SB75S since you can get them so cheap these days and they come with the Canterwood chipset. But then again, I do own one, so that probably makes me partial.

Can i use a remote control for any case. It doesnt need an LCD or VFD, right?

I want to use it as a htpc. I really like the shuttle xpc you guys recommended. But does anyone have an opinion on the how shuttle rate on noise level as compared to say the antec overture or minuet cases?

If you read the SilentPCReview ST62K review, you'll see that it was the quietest SFF we've tested, and certainly quieter than anything you could built the two Antec cases (unless maybe you could get a fanless PSU to work in them). Check SPCR for reviews of those tow Antec cases as well.
