Socket 478 Motherboard

Hi, I'm new to the forums.

I'm about to order this motherboard here, as a replacement.
My question is, will it support a socket mpga-478 (same thing as socket 478, I think) Intel Celeron, as well as a Celeron D.
Also, though it still has an 8X AGP expansion slot, because it has onboard Intel Extreme Graphics 2 VGA, will the motherboard still support any 8X AGP graphics card?

Why are you spending new money on older technology when a new setup will be faster for about the same investment?
