Socket 478 Mobo w/PCI-e x16?

So yeah, I could sure use one. I need one to replace the one inside my Dell system so I can actually install a PCI-express x16 video card in it to play today's games. Any suggestions? I've Googled, Newegg'd, and Froogled, but still can't seem to find any.

It needs to be able to fit in my Dell Dimension 3000 case, as well. Must support 800FSB and HT Technology. Is it impossible?
 
I don't think those motherboards exists. "Think" is the keyword in that sentence.

I still have a socket 478 CPU but I think it was created like a year or two BEFORE PCI-E came out. Not sure manufacturers like to combine old-school and new-school.

*EDIT* - HOLY SH1T!!! I was wrong! MSI has two boards! Dammit...I can't post the link for some damn reason...I'll just post the mobos.

Those boards don't support Prescott CPU's, only the 'Pentium M' family.

But I have e-mailed them about 2 months ago (aftre waiting 2 other months) asking when it would be in.....well they didn't know. They still have it listed but its never been in stock.
