Socket 478 Mobile Pentium III's: How can one use them?

Some late-model Mobile Pentium III's use a 478-pin socket, and a 133mhz FSB. Are these compatible with modern socket 478 motherboards; if not, what are they compatible with?

They are compatible with certain notebooks. Though the socket may be the same, the bus protocols, speeds and socket pinout are different AFAIK.
