Socket 1 vs Socket 370

I am trying to choose between to Asus boards. The p3v4x and the cuv4x. Can someone explain why I should chose one over the other?

Thanks

Tim

P4 is going to have its own socket with 400 something pins.

There are very few chips made any more that use the slot 1. Unless you like slockets, get the socket370 motherboard.

Actually all the P2s and P3s come in slot 1. They are just hard to find. I would go with a slot one. You could always get a slotket and the ASUS makes a VERY good one for their boards. My 2cents.
