Anyone know if any schools/places have ever tried implementing such an idea..and how it all turned out?

well many have scholarships reserved for financially needy recipients. Of course, there are ways to make it look like you're needy even if you have $$$

No. It's too easy saying because you are a minority you qualify for a handout because you are mentally and economically inferior to a white man. A simple cure is do away with AA and welfare. set up spot checks and random audits of businesses and corporations to make sure every candidate is getting equal consideration, white, black or green.

AA = evil

Stafford loans, Pell grants and a few others take economic status in consideration
