Because I was pretty sure that you being like "waited long enough, now I want my free health insurance" or "I don't like people disagreeing with me, get out of my country wah wah" was, basically, you whining. You want the bill to reduce costs.

I want the bill to cover the uninsured, stop the pre-existing conditions nonsense, and stop the ability to cancel someone's insurance or completely deny them in the first place.
