So how does one find out information from a homosexual blog unless one is reading said blog on a regular basis? I am just curious how this works.

the rainbow doesn't give it away? Maybe he reads the homosexual blog on a regular basis and this is a problem how?

Good. "Small government" and social conservatism just don't mix.
Exactly right. A government capable of determining who one can and cannot marry is by definition not small or limited. Supporting a government with that kind of insidious power guarantees that sooner or later your own ox will be gored.

There is only room for bigots in the conservative mainstream. I wonder why it's taking so long for people to get.
Oh really...seems to me that many liberals here have no qualms about openly displaying their anti-Christian bigotry. I wonder why it's taking so long for people like you to get.

It's about time there was this split. Now if poeple could just see it is the small minded social conservatives who are holding back a true small government agenda, maybe more will switch over.

People are not anti-christian generally -they are anti-desist. People tend to focus on issues that are relevant to them, such as the dominant mainstream religion in their own country. This is a obvious difference as the anti-religious aspect from Cons are anti-muslim. Conservative desist cultists are the one specifically picking a religion/culture to be against. A bunch of weak-minded fools who let mainstream medias fear-mongering of brown people overseas and the average isolated US citizen's ignorance of the world outside turn the culturally bankrupt in this country into spineless cowards (with an agenda).

And once again, because the old conservative straw-man is still around it is not bigoted to be intolerant of intolerance. But keep believing anyone besides talk radio cultists buy those old justifications.

Well, the fastest growing minority in America (Latinos) is largely socially conservative. I think we are going to see a shift in the Democratic party towards social conservatism as their influence grows within the party and in the nation as a whole. So far, they have been happy to follow the center-left to liberal (mostly white) Democratic leadership due to immigration concerns and fiscal progressive policies trumping social agendas.

The problem with terms like "social conservative" is that it is poorly-defined because it includes a broad range of issues, some of which conflict. For example, blacks and hispanics are generally more likely to be against gay marriage as compared to whites, but more likely to have children out of wedlock. So which group is the socially conservative one? Both? None? I consider myself socially conservative, but I'm also not against gay marriage either, so go figure.

How 'bout this as an explanation: To defeat your enemy, you must first know your enemy.

African Americans were the largest minority in the US until recently when Latinos took that spot. Both are largely socially conservative and very religious. We didn't see a shift in the democratic party towards social conservatism when African Americans were the largest minority and I don't believe we will see it with Latinos. You won't see Latinos saying much of anything bad about the dems just like you didn't see African Americans and vice versus.

That's an unknowable:

The man has been dead for a couple thousand years, and nowhere does it say in scripture

Nope....

Pretty sure the scripture does NOT say that... :whiste:
The level of moral depravity exhibited in this post surpasses all the other drivel that flows from the right. It is sad that our nation has sunk to a contest between the mentally and morally sick and those with healthy minds.

Since you are unable to appreciate a cleverly retooled Monty Python bit, you clearly are a leftist, who as a group are known for their lack of a sense of humor. So I'm guessing you place yourself in the category of "those with healthy minds" based largely on the comments of the voices in your head, yes?
