Most of socal is either a desert or close to it. Definition of a desert is less than 10 in precipitation/year, most of socal is in the 10-15 inches per year range.San Diego has a desert climate. It is not a desert.
snorefest. I got excited at the first snowfall. I wish it would snow most days if it's going to be this cold anyway.
My boys played ice hockey outdoors in 19F weather last night
I can go skiing with a 2 hour drive. No need to dig out my car from the snow before heading out either.

Be careful, in the relocation process they might drive up real estate costs and vote in Democrats.
