SoCal residents... what time does downtown LA's Fashion District open?

My mother wants a Fendi purse for Christmas, and since I can't afford its $585 pricetag, I'm going to try and find her a decent imitation at the Fashion District.

I'd have to go early in the morning... 7-8am-ish tomorrow or Wednesday. Does anyone know what time the stores down there open?
