where did you get it done?
did you get wave front?
how much was it and do you recommend it?

im most likely gonna do it with my tax refund since i haven't found any insurance that will pay for it bleh. my eyes have gone to sh*t being in front of a pc all day and it would be nice not to wear glasses/contacts.

Got it done at a local place, Davis Duehr Dean.
Don't think I got it, since I don't know what it is.
I am uncertain if it was worth it. My eyesight was good at first, then degraded due to recurvature of the eye. I got a touch up, and after that eyesight was good but eyes were more itchy. Couple of years later, my vision got slightly worse (due to natural vision-getting-worseage and not related to lasik). At this point I have almost no cornea left in my right eye and anyway a second follow-up surgery is not recommended.

Still, my glasses are super thin, but I guess overall I'd say for me, no, it was not worth it.

At the time, about 3 years ago, it was $1500 per eye.

dont do it. your corneas are very delicate. please do your research. cutting and burning your corneas are just not a good idea! You can go blind!

Free touchups for the first year, so no. Theoretically I can get another one for $250 but it just sounds too risky. Two different eye doctors have told me that they wouldn't recommend it, even though they have lasik signs plastered all over their office.

Sorry just saw the socal part. I am not in socal.
