SoCal - monterey parktemple city folks; Restaurant suggestion for Mother's Day

So I'm planning to drive down this weekend (hope the traffice won't be too bad) to hang out with my mom. And I just found out she loves to eat 'Lai Liu Ha" shrimp, but I don't know which restaurant has it.

Can someone suggest a good chinese restaurant, perferrably one that has this "peeing" shrimp?
