just checked it out.

1. you need to copy that sbautostart.exe to the winnt/sb directory instead of programfiles/sb directory
2. the reg key need to show this too.

Right now we got the sb stuff in one directory and the autostarter in another!

One more try and we got this one

The SBAutoStart needs to be in the same directory as the SB client, I may have a look at the source code and see if I can understand it later

On my machines I tested it on (both WinXP), it is working OK, no icon on taskbar, however no Win2k machines to test on (well none that are working properly, I may need to reinstall all the stuff on my server )
