from the for what it's worth dept...if your test is finished and you're in the middle of a retry in x seconds and decide to take a break for maintenance and do a stop-save-exit...when you start up again, it will be re-processing the better part of the last block...some of the new people may not realize that and think it's broke or sumthin'...some think that making a copy of the z-file before starting back up again is a good idea...

I can't remember the server ever being down for so long.

lucky me...a full test takes about 5 days for my computer...of course I finished it this morning...

I have one computer start running lifemapper before sob stopped crunching and my other computer has a good 24 hrs to finish its block.

Server's up again, but a little slow. Maybe it's not a good idea to suddenly submit all your finished tests at once, it might go down again
