Unfortunately, SoB is not really designed for computers that don't connect to the internet too much. However, saying that, there are ways of doing it, that involve stuff like exporting/importing Registry keys.

However, I believe that the next version of the client (whenever that will be, I'm not sure of any dates yet) will make Sneakernetting easier.

I suggest you check out the Seventeen or Bust forum, as sneakernetting has been discussed there. I personally, however, have not done this, or had the need to do it 🙂
