We had a little problem with those bastards about a year and a half ago in our apartment. My wife nailed 3 of them with one of my boots.

Be glad it was on the floor, i had one of those lil bastards decide he was gonna crawl in bed with me... i got an nasty welt on my hand and he got his brains smashed out with my wallet.... you might wanna have your house fumigated, if there was one there will be others.

Ugh. yet another reason to avoid Texas.

I'm just getting used to spiders.. scorpions are another issue entirely. If I found one in my apartment it would be set on fire and the ashes strewn across the land as fair warning to all future invaders of my territory.

Most likely a witches brew that stated, "will fill your future with strength of the scorpion." Figuring that strength of a scorpion would make him popular with the Lady (or ladies) in his life, John gulped it down. Little did he know that he'd get nothing but a plague of black pests.

Every summer here, Georgia, I get atleast 15-20 scorpions in my house. They are only about 1" to 1 1/4" long. I have had them crawling on the walls, about 5 feet up. I also had one crawl up in bed with me. Scared the shlt out of me, I was laying in the bed and I start to feel something I don't think much of it, then I feel it again, this time I swat at it, and at this time I realize it isn't a twitch. I jump outta the bed turn the light on to see what the heck it was. Damn scorpion on the floor. I go and flush it. I don't know how to get rid of them. When I was in Saudi we used to catch big ones 3" to 4". We'd throw some little mice in there and watch the scorpions tag them, it didn't seem to really effect them to bad. They would croak after a week or two.
