HBO is looking for you.

Background actors — extras — for HBO’s Westworld were being required Tuesday to sign a nudity and sex consent form that reads like the Kama Sutra and that has SAG-AFTRA officials worried that performers won’t realize that if they get cold feet on set they have the right to withdraw.

Indeed, cold feet may be the least of a performer’s worries.

The explicit consent form itself wouldn’t pass standards reviews at a broadcast network as it recites that the performer "may be required to perform genital-to-genital touching, simulate oral sex with hand-to-genital touching, contort to form a table-like shape while being fully nude, pose on all fours while others who are fully nude ride on your back, [and] ride on someone's back while you are both fully nude."

Sooooo looking forward to this series. (god damn did I love the original movie as a kid)

This news just makes me more excited for it!

Edit: I'm guessing this is going to be some sort of Caligula-eque ancient Rome scene or something. If you recall there were more worlds than just "West World" in the original.

So it's a HBO Miniseries coming out 2016. I don't recall any nude scenes in the movie. :awe:

The series has been described as "a dark odyssey about the dawn of artificial consciousness and the future of sin,"

As I stated earlier too, the original movie had a Roman World and a Medieval World as well. If they stick to that, this scene could easily be a Roman orgy with AI robots.

Giggity.

I don't think i've seen the original. Is it good?

It's VERY campy for 2015. But back in the day (1973) it was like "whaaaaaaaaaaaaaaat?!?" The concept and presentation was pretty cool. It's very trippy/weird in parts (as with everything from the early 70s).

Long story short -- watch it. Worth it just to say "been there, done that"

That's a pretty boilerplate form for HBO; you have to sign the same thing to be in the audience at a John Oliver taping.

Yeah, I'd imagine it would be for the Roman World sequences.

Westworld was pretty cool when it came out, with Yul Brynner going beserk. One of Michael Crichton's earlier ones of course, had to look it up if it was his first. But that was The Andromeda Strain, another classic.

The original Terminator ? :)

Great, the AI is new to both sexuality and humor.

"You, be a table! You, be a vase and sit on top of the table! And you, be a flower and put your stem into the vase! OMG LULZ equals humor overflow!!!!"
