So after my iTunes/Apple/iPad/WinxDVD/DVDfab/Handbrake nightmare..........
I decided to look at why my conversions were different between Winx and Handbrake. Handbrake defaults iPad settings to 720 res while Winx liked 640. (Next time I use Winx, I'll choose the 2nd version for iPad which IIRC is 720 also).
Anywhooo..........I checked into the other options including "High Quality Engine", "Safe Mode" and "Deinterlacing". I knew what lacing was and what deinterlacing is supposed to do but never fully understood.
If you've got an hour or so and a full bottle of ibuprofen with you......read on.......
