lets say you own a store in the middle of a strip mall, with a store on either side of you.

what kind of store specifically, would be your worst neighors? take pollution, crime, noise, and other influences into your consideration.

this struck me last night at like 4am coming home from the grocery store when i went by a strip mall and saw a driving school surrounded by a nail salon and dry cleaners. that had to suck.

ill start off:

Nail Salon

winner recieves a :cookie:

it's impossible to breathe in there. i don't understand how it's not illegal.

A car repair place (like Autozone, National Auto, ect)

You get all kinds of goons that show up to those places. First you have the redneck with the 1975 Chevy blazer on a 40" lift kit and the exhaust system that sets off car alarms sitting there idling away.

Then you have the little riceboy douchebags with their 14 different colors of primer and coffee can size exhausts buzzing around non-stop.

And then you have the guy with the 1982 Caprice that is basically rebuilding his engine right in the parking lot with crap strewn about .

As well as the endless number of junkboxes parking in front of you place hemoraging oil and various other engine fluids all over your parking spaces.

That would indeed suck to be next to one of those places.

My other vote would be a really bad Indian cusine with those smells that seem to be able to permiate through 12" of lexan glass. *Shudders*

How about this.

Bail bonds next to a pawn shop next to a used car dealer next to a 7-11

Crime CENTRAL. They get out of jail, steal a car, rob the 7-11 and sell all the crap at the pawn shop.

Ok if I was the business owner that catered towards adults, I would hate to be stuck between an Arcade and a restaurant like Chucky Cheeze. The noise polution would be horrible, the Chucky Cheeze odor would drive patrons away, and the congragation of mall rats would increase shop lifting. 😛

If you sold "Adult toys", I would say a "Christian Book Store"

If you sold

Christian Books, I would say "Adult Toy Store"

😉
