You are allowed to open carry firearms in Virginia. You would probably get funny looks and the police would want to know why you are doing it. But it isn?t illegal here.

I think you can lawfully walk from your car or truck to your house with a weapon in plain site , but not walk down the street . Get a Florida concealed permit , they are easy to get .

I used to ride my bike with a shotgun in a gun sock on the handlebars to go duck hunting. But, that was when you could also take a Civil War bayonet to school for show and tell... 😉

You have to know what your state and local laws are. Some states allow open carry but the town you're in may prohibit it, so if you're outside of city limits it's legal but not inside.
