So you bought a new computer

And all your drivers are installed, along with any extra software. When you turn on the computer it's as if it wasn't touched at all. My question is how do you install all the essentials on a custom pc and then make it look like it wasn't messed around with and it's got the whole sha-bang with the welcome screen, and log in with your account, create an account stuff that goes on with windows 10 now-a-days. I'd like to build a custom pc, then sell it to someone lucky
