Hell no! $600 for a damn cell phone, and I get stuck with a 2 year contract on a lousy cell phone network to boot? Give me a break.

I'd rather buy a full fledged PDA phone for $600 without a 2 year contract than get an I-phone. Does the I-phone even have built in Wifi?

Yes. Automatically detects and switches when WiFi is available.

Not sure what is lacking from the feature set that doesn't qualify it as a "full fledged PDA phone" - heck, it appears to be more of a small form factor tablet PC.

The link I posted in the other thread had the wrong dimensions, it's actually a very nice size.

That said, no qwerty, expensive, one drop and it's toast, no 3G, no expansion, no Exchange ActiveSync or other wireless full sync (contacts, calendar, notes, not just email), no info so far on additional useful software for it = no thanks. I can do more with my current phone and it is over a year old.

no. too expensive. not verzion. wimax isn't ready to utilize so that part of the phone is useless. very disappointed. I wanted a simple phone with an ipod... the two things I carry around the most (shuffle now). would have been nice.

don't get me wrong, it sure is a cool device, but that's about it. and it does have qwerty, what are you talking about? the onboard looked qwerty to me.
