So wtf is the difference between all these torque wrenches?

Well, 2 are "Beam" type of wrenches. (one 1/2" drive, one 3/8" drive)

The other is a 3/8" drive with internal releasing mechanism.

The wrench without the needle stops tightening when you get the bolt to the right torque. With the beam (needle) you watch the needle and stop applying pressure when the needle indicates the proper torque. I use the needle type because they are cheap and I don't use the thing very often so why spend $70 dollars to do a job once every two years?

I've got this one, it's nice except for having to convert most of the measurements I work with into inch-pounds from foot-pounds. Not that hard though, just multiply foot-pounds by 12, and it's nice to have to torquing down spark plugs and such.
