So... Why doesn't Bush go after this dictator? Mugabe has a new idea:

Train kids by raping and beating them to kill his opponents.

In accounts gathered by BBC Panorama from dozens of youths, it appears that for many of them the training in the camps begins with rape.

Debbie said she was raped three times on the first night, but claimed that the abuse didn't stop then.

She told the programme: "I was raped again at night and they said no-one can complain because its part of training."

She claims she used to share a blanket with an 11-year-old girl. The little girl was also raped night after night.

Because he wouldn't have anything to gain?

Just like no other country will do anything, even if they had the power to do so.

It's time mankind gets replaced by a superior race.

Great, someone else using the suffering and cruelty upon others to make a snide remark about Bush. How original.

So... Why doesn't Bush go after this dictator?
Because they don't have mass stockpiles of WMDs, an alleged direct link to Al Qaeda and an Advanced Nuclear Weapons Program!

Yeah, the world as a whole (not just US) has a nasty habit of ignoring the things that happen in Africa, because it doesn't effect their lives directly (Such as oil/gas prices).

Now, while we're on the subject of this training program. I have to say, it sounds alot like an old way assassins used to be trained (this way of training has been going on for thousands of years). They would pick up kids from the street, and sometimes kidnap them from their homes, train them physically and mentally (or break them mentally, depends on how you look at it) and eventully rape them (not necessarily in that order). It's quite disturbing to see that people still use this way of training people to become assassins/murderers or even torturers/trainers themselves. Just goes to show, that we as humans still do the most foul things we can possibly do to each other.

Jacque Chirac and Kofi Annan certainly don't mind entertaining Mugabe.

But the chances of any legal action being taken are extremely remote. France has no history of attempting to prosecute foreign leaders, and Mr Chirac has fought hard to ensure the leader of Zimbabwe is present for the meeting.

Of course, if these camps are closed down Chirac won't be able to get laid anymore.

So, same reasons as before then... that didn't stop him last time.

I thought his support of Saddam was "not 'his' finest momemt." You remember, his selling a nuclear reactor to Saddam, being his biggest arms supplier and all of that.

So, the score is, Pres. Bush has gotten rid of the Taliban and Saddam. France, well, nothing yet.

I thing some of you are asking the wrong question, instead of why hasn't Pres. Bush gotten rid of him, why hasn't any other country done something about ridding the world of despots and dangers?

The question often is 'You and what army?'.
The Dutch army simply doesn't have the strength to take on Mugabe's force, not to mention that the first Dutch soldier killing an enemy would probably get sued for it (happened to a soldier accidently killing a looter in Iraq).

Rumsfeld was rather chummy with him after France refused to sell him anothe reactor.
